Your arrival

The flat is easy to find. We recommend that you take a car or taxi to the flat, as buses are not very frequent.

If you need help finding the flat, don't hesitate to contact us, we'll be happy to help.

Taxi

  • From Geneva airport, the journey takes 40 minutes
  • From Geneva Cornavin station, the journey takes 25 minutes
  • Taxi reservation: +41 79 601 29 52 or +41 223 202 202

Train & Bus

  • From the airport, take any train to Geneva Cornavin station. All trains from the airport stop in Geneva.
  • From the station, take bus 8, direction "Veyrier" to "Rive".
  • From "Rive", take bus G, direction "Veigy-Village" to the terminus.

The car park

If you plan to arrive by car, you can park for free on the street in all the spaces marked with a "V".

In addition, if you have an electric vehicle, charging points are available near the bus stop, which is only 150 metres from the flat.

The Residence

The safety and comfort of our guests is very important to us. That is why the entrance to the building is fully secured with a coded gate to ensure your peace of mind and the protection of your family.

Key retrieval

To ensure that you can collect the keys to the flat easily and safely, we have set up a secure box system.

You can find it by climbing the stairs or taking the lift to the first floor.

The safe box is located in the left-hand cupboard on the landing, opposite the lift.

That's why we are happy to offer you free high-speed WiFi (fibre) throughout the flat. Whether you are on a business trip or on holiday, you can stay connected with your loved ones and work efficiently from our flat.

Entertainment

The flat is equipped with a selection of board games and many DVDs for all ages.

You can also take advantage of the numerous thematic channels of CANAL+ for your greatest pleasure: cinema, sport, series, documentaries, etc...

Heating

We are committed to an environmentally responsible approach, particularly for heating. We ask you to leave the radiators in "Program" mode to respect the energy regulations in place.

We also ask you to turn off the radiators when you open the windows or leave the flat, in order to limit energy consumption.

We count on your contribution to preserve our planet.

Laundry

Beds will be carefully made up on arrival with fresh, comfortable sheets to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. We also provide towels and some welcome products.

Please note that there is no cleaning service during your stay. However, on request, we can arrange for a cleaning team (additional costs).

House rules

We want you to enjoy your stay in our residence, which is why it is important to respect the rules:
  • Silence is required between 10pm and 6am so as not to disturb other residents.
  • Noisy parties and celebrations, including bachelor parties, are not permitted in the flat or in the residence.
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the flat, but you can smoke on the balcony.
  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the grounds of the residence.
  • For safety reasons, bicycles should not be stored under the stairs.
  • We kindly ask you to deposit your household waste in the dedicated containers to contribute to the cleanliness of the residence.
