Bedroom 1
This spacious room is bright and has a wonderful view of the surrounding park.
You'll find a large double bed as well as bedside tables and lamps for a soft, soothing ambience. There's also a large wardrobe to store all your belongings.
We've also thought of families by providing an umbrella bed on request. So you can travel without worrying about the equipment your little ones need.
Bedroom 2
In this second room, you will be seduced by the breathtaking view of the surrounding park, as well as by its direct access to the balcony.
The bedroom has two comfortable single beds, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. There is also a bedside table and lamp, ideal for reading a book before bed, and a large wardrobe to store all your belongings.
We have also thought of families with young children, by providing an umbrella bed on request. This way you can travel with complete peace of mind, without having to worry about the necessary equipment for your little ones.
Bathroom
The bathroom is designed to provide all the comfort you will need during your stay. There is a large bath/shower, ideal for relaxing after a long day, and two washbasins for added convenience.
We have also thought of all the little details for your comfort, such as toiletries, a hairdryer, a magnifying mirror and a towel warmer to provide you with a cosy and warm environment.
If you need to wash your clothes during your stay, the washing machine is at your disposal. We have also provided a baby bath.
Dining area
The spacious and light-filled living room offers a breathtaking view of the balcony and the beautiful surrounding park. You will be seduced by the brightness of the room and its warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Our large wrought iron table and 6 comfortable chairs provide a convivial space for sharing a meal with family and friends. We have also provided a high chair for the youngest members of your family, so that everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.
Living room
The cosy lounge is the perfect place to spend pleasant and comfortable evenings with family and friends. The lounge has two cosy sofas to relax on after a busy day.
We've also thought about keeping the whole family entertained with our vast choice of DVDs, as well as a selection of HD satellite channels including the CANAL+ bouquet so you don't miss a thing of your favourite series and films. Children won't be left out either, thanks to our adapted channels and board games for all ages.
If you need an extra bed, we also have an additional mattress on request to accommodate a 5th person.
Kitchen
The Italian-style kitchen is designed to provide our guests with all the comforts and facilities needed to prepare tasty and memorable meals.
Functional and modern, it is equipped with cooking plates to prepare succulent dishes, a traditional oven to cook your favourite meats and fish, as well as a microwave for fast and convenient cooking.
We've also thought of all the little details for your convenience, such as a Nespresso machine for enjoying your favourite coffee, a toaster for crispy toast and a dishwasher for quick and easy clean-up after meals.
Balcony
Our balcony is a privileged place to enjoy the good weather and the unobstructed view of the residence's park and its magnificent plane trees. It is the ideal place to relax and have a drink in complete peace and quiet, without any opposite to guarantee your privacy.
The balcony is equipped with a teak table and chairs so you can enjoy the view and soak up the peaceful atmosphere of our charming residence. Whether you want to read a book, have a coffee or just relax, our balcony is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in peace.
Entrance
The safety and comfort of our guests is very important to us. That is why the entrance to the building is located within the residence, which is fully secured by a coded gate to ensure your peace of mind and the protection of your family.
A large number of visitor parking spaces are available outside the residence, free of charge. This means that you can easily entertain your friends and family without having to worry about parking.
